Molding Materials: Currently, moldings on the market are primarily categorized into three types:

1. Wood-plastic composite moldings: These feature a wood-plastic substrate with a surface laminate (PVC) or paper-based paint coating. Due to the laminating process, the surface layer tends to peel away from the substrate during use, leading to issues like surface bubbling and powdering of the wood-plastic substrate.

2. Plastic-steel trim: Plastic-steel base material with a surface film (PVC). Due to the laminating process, the film may peel away from the base material during use, leading to surface bubbling.

Door Panel Surface Treatment Process: Transfer Printing and Baking Process: Steel plates undergo phosphating for corrosion protection, followed by powder coating on the base surface and baking. Wood grain patterns are heat-transferred onto the base-coated steel surface, then baked. The final surface finish employs automotive baking paint technology.

Steel plate thickness is the most critical indicator of product quality. Due to market price variations, steel plate thicknesses differ. To achieve a smooth, flat surface with stable performance, steel plate thickness must reach 0.5mm or above to ensure effective collision resistance and impact strength.
